Donors will receive an acknowledgement letter and receipt for tax purposes. The AH Hospice Foundation will also  inform the patient’s family of the gifts received on behalf of their loved one. Gift amounts are not disclosed.

 

The AH Hospice Foundation is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All charitable donations are tax-exempt for both income and estate tax purposes.
